2. Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken.
3. Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts or access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with applicable law and our contractual relationships.
